Fizzy Italian

 

Sicilliano

  aball3.gif (8291 bytes)  3/4 ounces Lombardo Marsala Sweet

 

   aball3.gif (8291 bytes)   1/2 ounce Lombardo Marsala Sweet
  aball3.gif (8291 bytes)    Soda Water 
  Stir Tosti Asti and Lombardo Marsala
Sweet in a champagne glass. Garnish with
an orange wedge.

 

   Stir Campari and Lombardo Sweet over ice in a chilled tumbler. Top with soda water and garnish with an orange wedge.

Sicilian Comfort

 

Marsala Martini
(sweet)

  aball3.gif (8291 bytes)   1/2 ounce Lombardo Marsala Sweet   aball3.gif (8291 bytes)   1/2 ounce Lombardo Marsala Sweet
  aball3.gif (8291 bytes)   1 dash of Angostura bitters

 

   aball3.gif (8291 bytes)  1/2 ounce Tosti Vermouth Sweet
   Shake with cracked ice, strain into a
chilled cocktail glass and serve.		    Stir ingredients with cracked ice and pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with either a lemon zest or a green olive
